President
Derek Boylen is currently the Director for Catholic Marriage Education Services (Perth). Derek is also Chair of the Bishop's Committee for Family and for Life for the Archdiocese of Perth and Chair of the promotions committee for the Australian Council of Natural Family Planning. Previously he was Campus Minister for the University of Notre Dame and Secretary for the Australian Network of Diocesan Youth Ministry Coordinators. Secretary
Ros Lloyd is a Social Worker and has specialised in working with families and children since 1985. Her experience includes working in out of home care, hospital social work, families where a child has a disability, youth mentoring program, parenting education, family support and since 2000 has been working with Centacare Broken Bay. In 2006 she took on the role of co-ordinating Centacare Broken Bay’s Family Relationship Education and Skills Training programs. Ros has been married since 1992 and has 2 children. She enjoys playing squash and visiting rural country towns of NSW. Ros joined the CSME executive in 2009. E: ros.lloyd@dbb.org.au 

Treasurer
Jennifer Mason is the Programme Coordinator for Relationship Education and Community Development Services at Centacare Catholic Family and Community Services in Brisbane. Jennifer’s first interest in pre-marriage was ignited during her own experience of pre-marriage in 1986, prior to her marriage to Paul. She and Paul volunteered on programmes in Rockhampton from 1994 where she later became Coordinator of Marriage Education. Jennifer has been working at Centacare in Brisbane since 1999, moving to the Coordinator role in 2005. Jennifer is a FOCCUS and PME Group facilitator, a Trainer in the FOCCUS Programme, enjoys working in school programmes in personal and social development education and is the Qld Teacher Trainer for Australian Council of Natural Family Planning. Jennifer and Paul are proud parents to four adult and teenage sons. Jennifer has a passion for cricket, hockey, walking, her dog and yoga, and dreams of develop her watercolour painting skills. Communications Officer
Francine Pirola
and husband Byron are well known for their work spanning twenty years in marriage formation. They are the co-authors of the Celebrate Love Experience, the Engage marriage preparation course, and the My School Diary range. They are members of the Australian Catholic Marriage and Family Council, and past president of the Australian Council of Natural Family Planning. Authors of numerous articles on marriage and family they are frequent speakers at conferences both in Australia and abroad where their programmes have been adopted. They are the Directors of Marriage Formation for the Pastoral & Matrimonial Renewal Centre, Australia. They were married in 1988 and have five children.  E: francine.pirola@thepmrc.org

FOCCUS & Threshold Liaison
Matthew MacDonald is the Executive Officer of the Life, Marriage & Family Office of the Melbourne Archdiocese - a role he has had since 2008. Matthew and his wife Julie have been involved in relationship education since 2002 when they began presenting Theology of the Body classes to youth groups. They have served on the Council for Marriage and Family in the Melbourne Archdiocese. Matthew completed a Grad Dip in Theology (Marriage & Family) at the John Paul II Institute 2006 and is currently completing a Masters program there. Training & Education Coordinator
Margaret Murphy has worked for CatholicCare (Sydney) for 16 years and is the manager of the Family Relationships Education and Skills Training program, encompassing Marriage and Relationship Education and Parent Education and Family Skills; the Men and Family Relationships program and The Bridge Community Services program. Margaret has supported families and their children for over 20 years as a family support worker, school counsellor and for the last 4 years as a manager supporting her colleagues to work within the mission of the Agency as an instrument of Christ's liberating presence in the world, to provide for the social and emotional well being of the communities, families and individuals living in the Archdiocese.
